This policy explains what personal information Coach Harriet collects, why, and how it is used. It applies to all information submitted through this website — including booking forms, enquiry forms, and any other contact you make with Harriet directly.

Coach Harriet is operated by Harriet Mutiso, a sole trader based in Kenya. This policy is written in compliance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

When you use this website or contact Harriet, we may collect:

Your email address
Your WhatsApp or phone number
Information you share about your career situation or goals (in booking forms)
Your preferred session days and times

We do not collect payment details through this website. M-Pesa payments are made directly through Safaricom's platform.

2. Why we collect it

Your information is collected only to:

Confirm and schedule your coaching session
Communicate with you about your booking via email or WhatsApp
Send you resources you have specifically requested (e.g. a free guide)
Follow up after a session where relevant

Your information will never be used for unsolicited marketing, sold to third parties, or shared with any organisation outside of what is described in this policy.

3. Who has access to your information

Harriet Mutiso — your information is accessed only by Harriet personally to manage your session and communicate with you.

Formspree — this website uses Formspree (formspree.io) to receive form submissions. Formspree stores form data on servers based in the United States. Their privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Google — the PM War Room application form is hosted on Google Forms. Google's privacy policy applies to data submitted there: policies.google.com/privacy.

4. How long we keep your information

Your information is retained for as long as necessary to provide the coaching service and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so within 14 days.

5. Your rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019, you have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your information
Withdraw consent to how your information is used
